As a background to the present proceeding reference should be made to relator’s sentences on two other *638indictments. On Bill No. 128 June Sessions, 1951, lie pleaded guilty on August 16, 1951, to burglary, larceny and receiving stolen goods. On this conviction he was sentenced to. imprisonment in the Allegheny County Workhouse for a term of from 3 to 6 years to be computed from July 31,1951.
