This is a summary judgment case involving a dispute between plaintiff/appellee, Burt Ford, d/b/a Burt Ford Enterprises and Burt Ford Enterprises, Inc. (Ford), and defendant/appellant, Texas United Insurance Company (United), respecting policy coverage of a contractor’s general liability policy issued by United to Ford.
