This opinion, among other things, addresses the constitutionality of sec. 943.145, Stats. 1987-88 (Criminal trespass to a medical facility).1 The *517issue comes to us as a certification by the court of appeals pursuant to sec. 809.61 of two consolidated cases:2 State v. Migliorino and State v. Haines. In Mig-liorino, the circuit court for Milwaukee county, Honorable Thomas P. Doherty, judge, held sec 943.145 unconstitutional and dismissed charges against Monica Migliorino and Edmund Miller for its violation.
