On March 6, 1928, a petition was presented to this court for a certificate of incorporation for a corporation of the first class, to be known as The Curran Foundation. A copy of the proposed charter was duly filed in the office of the Prothonotary of the” Courts of Common Pleas of this county and proper advertising was done by the petitioners as provided by law. On March 13,1928, Ira Jewell Williams, Esquire, was appointed master to consider and report upon the application for a charter for the proposed corporation.
