This was an action instituted by Laura C. Ewing, the original plaintiff below, to establish and quiet her title in fee pimple to an undivided one-half of a block of land situated in the city of Batesville. She claimed title thereto as the widow of David C. Ewing, who had obtained title to a reversionary interest in the land as a new acquisition, and who had died without issue and without creditors.
