Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Clemente, J.), entered October 3, 2003 in Sullivan County, which granted defendant’s motion to dismiss the complaint.
As alleged in the complaint, plaintiffs owned and operated the Griffin House Bed & Breakfast when they met Cheryl Reid and Alfred Zecchine in 1998. Plaintiffs, Reid and Zecchine decided to enter a business venture involving the acquisition and operation of bed and breakfast establishments.
