The Eleventh Judicial District Court for Flathead, Montana, entered a judgment in favor of plaintiffs, Don and Berta Falcon, d/b/a The El Leo Partnership (Falcon), and against defendant Ron Thomas (Thomas) in the amount of $131,010.80. Plaintiffs filed a petition for registration of foreign judgment, which the circuit court of Adams County granted. It is from that order defendant Ron Thomas appeals.
