Roseburg Lumber Co. (Roseburg) seeks review of an order of an administrative law judge (ALJ) of the Workers’ Compensation Board affirming one of several citations and penalties imposed by the Oregon Occupational Safety and Health Division (OR-OSHA), assigning various errors. OR-OSHA cross-petitions, assigning error to the ALJ’s dismissal of one of the citations. We review the ALJ’s order for substantial evidence to support the findings and for errors of law.
