Daniel L. Murphy (“Appellant”) appeals the trial court’s order sustaining the revocation of his driver’s license by the Director of Revenue (“Director”). We affirm.
The record reveals that Sergeant Mob-erly (“Moberly”) of the Rolla, Missouri Police Department stopped Appellant on August 24, 2002, after observing him violate several traffic ordinances. Moberly’s attention was drawn to Appellant initially when Appellant followed Moberly too closely.
