The matter before the Court is a contested matter arising from the objection of Trustee Stacia Yoon (“Trustee”), as trustee of the Chapter 7 bankruptcy estate of Deborah Rosetta Shell (“Shell”), to the exemptions the Debtor claimed in her Schedule C.
