This controversy between creditors of David L. Bossingham over their respective rights in his 1984 crop has come before the Court in a rather unique manner. The issues presently submitted to this Court involve whether Joanne C. Bossingham has a valid perfected security interest in the 1984 crop and, if so, whether that security interest has priority over the perfected security interest of the Bloomington Production Credit Association (BPCA).
