MEMORANDUM OPINION Ronald Aiken is charged with a single count of felon in possession of a firearm, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1). With trial set for late September, the Government moves to introduce evidence of his prior gun conviction in its case-in-chief via Federal Rule of Evidence 404(b) and, in the event that he testifies, to impeach him, under Rule 609, with that conviction as well as two others for drug possession.
