THIS MATTER is before the Court on the parties’ supplemental briefs filed at the Court’s request to assist the Court in its determination of whether it has jurisdiction over this case. At the outset of this litigation, the Debtor’s largest secured creditor, Mile High Banks (the “Bank”) was a defendant.
