Appeal by the defendant from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Zelman, J.), both rendered January 8, 1986, convicting him of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree (two counts) under indictment No. 2174/83, after a nonjury trial, and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree under indictment No. 802/84, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentences.
