In this case the plaintiff (respondent) recovered judgment in the district court against the defendant (appellant) for the sum of $508 paid by plaintiff on a claim which it is alleged defendant had agreed and obligated himself to pay. From this judgment the defendant appeals and assigns numerous errors including alleged errors in rulings of the trial court upon the pleadings and introduction of evidence.
