Mrs. C. L. Kennington, wife of Charles L. Kennington, a respondent herein, was recognized and decreed by the Tenth District Court of Louisiana to enjoy the status of probationary teacher in and for Red River Parish. On appeal to this court that judgment was affirmed. State ex rel. Kennington v. Red River Parish School Board, La.App., 193 So. 225. The-judgment of this court became final on November 17, 1939.
