On April 26, 1990, the circuit court of Macon County entered judgment on jury verdicts finding defendant Robert D. Ewald guilty of two counts of aggravated criminal sexual assault (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1989, ch. 38, par. 12 — 14), and one count of aggravated criminal sexual abuse (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1989, ch. 38, par. 12 — 16). On June 1, 1990, defendant was sentenced to terms of 25 years of imprisonment for each count of aggravated criminal sexual assault to run consecutively, and a concurrent term of. seven years’ imprisonment for the aggravated criminal sexual abuse conviction.
