THIS CAUSE came on for hearing upon Motion for Order Requiring Reimbursement of Documentary Stamps Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 1146(c) 1 of the Bankruptcy Code (“Documentary Stamp Motion”) filed by Debtor in the above captioned case.
