1Opinion of the Court

This is an action by the appellees, as the holders of certain bonds previously issued by the City Electric Light Waterworks Company of Ladonia, a private corporation, to foreclose a lien given upon certain property to secure their payment. The appellants, R. E. Medford and the Ladonia Light Waterworks Company, defendants below, are the present claimants of the property upon which the lien existed, and acquired title subsequent to the creation of the deed of trust and subject to that incumbrance.
