The parties will be referred to as in the court below, Virginia Goshorn Calhoun, plaintiff, and Dr. J. F. Fraser, defendant.
Plaintiff sued tbe defendant for alleged malpractice in performing a mastoid operation from wbicb facial paralysis resulted.
Tbe declaration is in four counts.
