This is a suit by Delton D. Cobb under the Workmen’s Compensation Law against A. G. McKee & Co., employer and the General Accident Fire and Life Assurance Corporation, Ltd., the employer’s insurer, for permanent and total disability as the result of an accident and injury to an interverte-bral disc in his back, necessitating the removal of a small portion thereof.
