Plaintiff (“Hosick”) brings a claim for unpaid minimum wages under the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”), 29 U.S.C. § 206, and a claim for unpaid wages, compensation, and related penalties and damages under Oregon Revised Statutes Chapters 652 and 653.
