In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for breach of contract, the defendant Chris Craftsman Development, Inc., ap*925peals, as limited by its brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Murphy, J.), entered January 5, 2011, as denied those branches of the defendants’ motion which were for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against it, and to dismiss the complaint pursuant to CPLR 3211 insofar as asserted against it, and the defendants Christine Indriolo and Joseph Indriolo appeal from the same order.
