| ?This appeal is by the defendants of a February 20, 2013 judgment granted in favor of the plaintiffs. After a trial on the merits, on claims of redhibition and personal injury, the trial court rescinded the sale of the house located at 407 Avenue H, Kentwood, Louisiana. The rescission was based on a finding that the house contained redhibitory defects (toxic mold) of which the sellers were aware, but failed to inform the buyers. The judgment ordered the sellers to refund the plaintiffs the purchase price of $50,000.00 plus reasonable expenses of $1,875.00 together with judicial interest and…
