The Associated Packing Company, on October 10, 1918, filed articles of incorporation with the secretary of state. The articles were duly approved by the secretary of state, and a certificate authorizing the corporation to engage in business was duly issued. It had an authorized capital stock of $2,000,000. On March 29, 1919, the authorized capital stock was increased to $5,000,000.
