I concur in the affirmance of summary judgment entered by the Superior Court judge on Dr. Bernard Bulwer’s claims of (1) retaliation against his complaint of discrimination, as prohibited by G. L. c. 151B, § 4, by Mount Auburn Hospital (MAH); (2) defamation by MAH; and (3) tortious interference with his residency contract by the three individual physician defendants.
