The plaintiff in error, hereinafter referred to as the defendant, was convicted on a charge of selling intoxicating liquor to Carl Massingale, a minor under the age of 18 years, and was sentenced to pay a fine of $300 and be confined in the county jail for 90 days. From which sentence and judgment the defendant appeals.
