The complainant has filed the bill in this case as a corporation of the state of West Virginia against the Columbia Iron & Steel Company, a corporation of the state of Pennsylvania, joining as a co-defendant the trustee named in the general mortgage of the defendant company, the trustee also being a corporation of the state of Pennsylvania.
