Reversing.

This action was brought by the appellants, Robert Adams and others, named in the petition as plaintiffs, against the appellee, Robert Bates, seeking to recover of the latter damages for the alleged wrongful cutting and appropriation by him of valuable standing timber on and from a tract of land in Knott county, particularly described in the petition. It is alleged in the petition that •one John B.
