This is an original action in this court brought in the name of the state of Iowa on relation of the attorney general and special assistant attorney general asking for a writ of prohibition directed to the district court of Shelby county, Iowa, and the judges thereof, commanding them to desist from further proceedings in certain actions in said court against George Jensen, Hugo P.
