Appellant, Karen Ramsdell, appeals from a judgment of the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas which dismissed her complaint for lack of subject matter jurisdiction.

The facts of this case, insofar as they are pertinent to our disposition of this appeal, are as follows. Ramsdell holds a tenured contract as a teacher with appellee, Washington Local Schools.
