MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

PATRICK F. KELLY, District Judge.

Pending before the Court is an appeal from the Bankruptcy Court sustaining in part and denying in part objections by various creditors to certain exemptions claimed by the debtor. In particular, these objec tions concern the debtor’s claimed homestead exemptions pursuant to K.S.A. 60-2301 and 11 U.S.C. § 522(b). The bankrupt also appeals the Bankruptcy Court’s decision to deny part of the bankrupt’s claimed homestead exemptions.
