Selma Magnes, who is appellee here, filed her bill in the circuit court of Cook county in July, 1928, seeking to set aside a deed to certain improved real estate owned by her in the city of Chicago. The deed to the property was issued to Jacob I. Tobias and Dan Webster by the bailiff of the municipal court of Chicago on May 5, 1928, pursuant to a sale thereof to them under an execution.
