This criminal case has its genesis in a tragic automobile accident that killed an 11-year-old girl and injured several other people. Appellant, Michael Opsincs, appeals his convictions for the following offenses arising out of that accident; one count of vehicular homicide, one count of reckless driving causing serious injury, and seven counts of reckless driving causing injury or damage. -We find that the tidal court properly denied appellant’s motion for judgment of acquittal.
