It involves very interesting constitutional questions and questions which are always interesting to lawyers — questions of procedure, I suppose that, when you take into consideration the general interest taken in this case, the nature of the circumstances out of which it grew, the unusual features of the proceeding itself, and the important questions involved, I would he entirely justified in reserving my decision and taking time to put down on paper the con*228elusions that I have come to. .But I have other things to do besides write, and in…
