This case involves a dispute over the distribution of rents collected by a receiver of mortgaged premises during the one-year period of redemption following a foreclosure sale. Community Savings and Loan Association (Association), the mortgagee, has appealed from a judgment for $6,733.04 entered against it and in favor of John Borghi, sole holder of the beneficial interest under a land trust in which Cosmopolitan National Bank of Chicago (Bank), the mortgagor, was trustee.
