BENTON, J.

While employed by Morengo, Inc., Jerry Lynn Sneed was injured in a work-related accident for which he received workers’ compensation benefits. Later, he was injured in another work-related accident while working for a different employer. Sneed settled his claim for workers’ compensation benefits with the second employer and brought a new claim for additional benefits against Morengo.
