OPINION

{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant, John Prater ("Prater"), appeals from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas in favor of defendant-appellee, Alex Dashkovsky ("Dashkovsky"), dba Dash Construction and Management LLC ("Dash Construction"). For the reasons that follow, we affirm the judgment of the common pleas court.
