*357 The petitioner, Terrance Stevenson, appeals from the judgment of the habeas court denying his amended petition for a writ of habeas corpus. On appeal, the petitioner claims that the court erred when it concluded that (1) the state did not *721 commit a Brady 1 violation and (2) there was no reasonable likelihood that the false testimony of a state's witness affected the judgment of the jury.
