MEMORANDUM DECISION

Introduction
This is before the Court on a motion to vacate the Court’s previous order and a motion for new trial filed on behalf of Russell and Norma Carver (“debtors”) by Attorney Dennis W. Finch on February 11, 1986. 1 This matter was originally before the Court on a motion for relief from stay filed on behalf of Howard L. and Reino W. Heikkila (“Heikkilas”) by Attorney James S.
