The plaintiffs are Thomas P. Edmunds and William Edmunds, copartners doing business as Edmunds *398Brothers. The defendants are F. G-. Smith, Burton F. Smith, Warren E. Smith, and Charles G-. Noyes. Three of them are directors of the Smith Lumber Company, and the fourth was acting under their directions at the time of the injuries 'complained of. They are sued individually for damages claimed to have been suffered by the plaintiffs because of the alleged unlawful acts of the defendants in securing possession of a certain pool room in Fair Haven, and jn keeping the possession of the…
