United Drug Co. v. Bedell

This suit was broug'ht by appellee against appellant in the Jefferson Chancery Court to enjoin the appellant, United Drug Company, from prosecuting a suit against appellee in the Jefferson Circuit Court, and to reform certain notes signed by him and payable to the order of United Drug Company.

Appellants filed an answer denying the allegations of the complaint, and asking that it be dismissed for want of equity.
