MOORE, District Judge.

This case is before the Court on appeal. 1 On September 29, 2000, United States Bankruptcy Judge James D. Walker Jr. issued an order confirming Debtors’ repayment plan, which included repayment of the principle and pre-petition interest on a loan from Appellant. Because Debtors’ plan does not provide for payment of the post-petition interest on Appellant’s loan, and because Appellant’s loan to Debtor included a cosigner, Appellant had sought relief from the co-debtor stay imposed by 11 U.S.C. § 1301 in order to collect that interest from the cosigner.
