This is an appeal from the judgment of the county court of Monroe county confirming an assessment of benefits upon the lands of appellants and others in Moredock and Ivy Handing Drainage District No. 1, made for the purpose of raising the sum of $34,000 for the.purpose of paying for certain additional improvements and repairs upon those already made and to pay for right of way for the improvement.
