The plaintiff has brought an action for damages caused by breach of a contract dated May 5th, 1915, and annexed to the complaint. The defendant denied that he entered into the contract. The instrument was signed on behalf of the Bradford Company by its vice-president, and was signed in behalf of the defendant, James H. Dunn, by E. E. Borcham and Frederick R Swift, attorneys in fact.
