Plaintiffs in error, John W. Woods and' wife, Helen S. Woods, styled plaintiffs, instituted this suit in a distx-ict court, of Dallas county against defendants in error, Mrs. Mittie B. Haefer and husband, H. W. Hae-fer, Mrs. Della Beard and husband, J. L. Beard, Mrs. Atticus Webb and husband, At-ticus Webb, Mrs. M. Jamieson and husband, J. E.
