OPINION
IRENAS, Senior District Judge:
This suit is a proposed class action challenging the Gloucester County Department of Corrections’ policies and practices regarding the delousing and supervised showers of newly admitted pretrial detainees. Presently before the Court is Plaintiffs’ Motion to Certify the Class pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 23(b)(3), or alternatively, 23(b)(2).1 For the reasons stated herein, the Court will certify the class in two parts: the liability portion of the suit and the issue of injunctive relief will be certified under 23(b)(2); the portion of the suit seeking…
