The appellant was tried in the superior court of Pierce county and convicted of the crime of burglary, and on Kovember 7, 1899, was sentenced by the court to imprisonment in the penitentiary for the term of five years. Before such sentence, motions for new trial and in arrest of judgment were overruled. Appellant prosecutes this appeal from the judgment and sentence of the lower court.
