Starr v. City National Bank

This suit was instituted by appellee against appellants in the chancery court of Sebastian County to subject lots 7 and 8, block 560, Reserve Addition to the city of Fort Smith, to the payment of indebt-ednesses owing by F. C. Starr, an undischarged voluntary bankrupt, to appellee and other creditors. The bill is threefold in purpose, and first sought to subject both lots to the payment of said indebtedness, upon the ground that a large part of the money loaned by appel-lee to F; C.
