Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Beerman, J.), rendered March 27, 1984, convicting him of burglary in the third degree and criminal mischief in the fourth degree (two counts), after a nonjury trial, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
